SwishRouter Broadband Setup
- Plug your SwishRouter into a power outlet.
- Place the router in a suitable location, ideally near a window if signal is limited.
- Wait around 60 to 90 seconds for the router to power up and connect.
- Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network shown on the router label.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password printed on the same label.
Tips for Better Signal
- Try a higher position in the room if possible.
- Keep the router away from thick walls and large metal objects.
- Test more than one position to find the strongest signal.
- Keep the router in an open space rather than hidden in a cupboard.
VoIP Setup on Compatible Plans
- Connect the VoIP base station or compatible handset to your router if required.
- Plug in the phone equipment power supply.
- Power on the handset.
- The phone should register automatically where supplied pre-configured.
- If needed, restart both the router and the phone equipment.
